Lakewood Health System Foundation

The Lakewood Health System Foundation was established by the Lakewood Health System Board of Directors in 1994. The mission of the Foundation is to provide the opportunity to preserve and enhance health and wellness for the communities we serve by encouraging the support of our Foundation through charitable gifts. The Foundation is in the hands of the Endowment Board which consists of seven volunteer community representatives, one Lakewood Clinic physician, the president of the governing board, and the president of Lakewood Health System.

The objectives of the Foundation are:

To encourage financial support for, including but not limited to, needed health services, community education and preventative health programs and activities for the people of our area.

To be a source through which contributions may be donated to the Lakewood Health System. To accomplish this community outreach will be made through mailing campaigns, contacts with area organizations, service groups and public relations events ever keeping in mind the mission statement of Lakewood Health System.
