SERVICE Excellence AWARD

The Service Excellence Program recognizes employees for outstanding performance in the delivery of service to patients, residents and visitors and how they work as a team with other employees.

Employees are selected for recognition based on the following criteria:

• Responsive to ideas, suggestions and concerns of patients, residents, visitors and fellow employees.
• Willing to help others and go beyond job description.
• Identifies and follows up on problems to ensure they get resolved.

• Willing to make decisions and meet patients, residents and visitors needs with commitment and urgency.
