American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR Class
Lakewood Health System, Staples, Minnesota is offering an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR Class and Refresher Class on Monday, May 5, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. at the senior campus. The cost is $53. This class is intended for the lay rescuer who needs a credential documenting successful completion of CPR. It will prepare you to respond to emergencies in the home or in your workplace. A mouth-to-mouth barrier device and textbook are included in the fee. Class participants are asked to pay prior to the class and retrieve their textbook at that time to read before the first class. Lakewood Health System reserves the right to cancel any class which does not meet a minimum class size. Registrants will be notified two days prior to the class if it is cancelled. The cost is $53. The class is intended for those people who work in healthcare and are required to have documentation that they have successfully completed a course in Healthcare Provider CPR. A mouth-to-mouth barrier device and written materials are included in the fee. Class participants are asked to pay prior to the class and retrieve their textbook at that time to read before the first class. This course will prepare you to respond to emergencies in a variety of settings both in-hospital and outside of the hospital. Lakewood Health System reserves the right to cancel any class which does not meet a minimum class size. Registrants will be notified two days prior to the class if cancelled.
