Quality is the focus of everything we do. From efficiency efforts, safety, employee engagement and physician recruitment to external quality measures, continuing education, and a willingness to listen to our patients—quality is the fuel that drives our engine.
One of the best ways to rate healthcare quality and safety is through data collected by independent sources. We voluntarily participate in programs to measure our performance and compare with other hospitals throughout the region, state, and nation. The data included here is an effort to increase the level of transparency so that our patients can make informed healthcare decisions.
Click on the headings below to find quality and safety data. Please note that in some cases the data could be up to a year old:
- Hospital Compare: This is a national survey often referred to as HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) that asks patients about their experiences during a recent hospital stay.
