Dr. Freeman and his wife Mary have three kids: Daniel, Amy and Mason. Together they love spending time fishing, going to the lake and supporting one another in sporting activities. He also enjoys golfing, exercising and socializing.

Dr. Freeman is a family medicine physician at Lakewood Health System, with a special interest in well care, fetal alcohol diagnostics and medical education. Dr. Freeman also serves as the RPAP (Rural Physician Associate Program) leader.
