Hospital Dentistry

Dr. Daniel Rose has over 40 years of general dental experience. He currently provides services through Lakewood Health System’s hospital for people of all ages who need general anesthesia to complete their dental work—including persons with mental illnesses/disabilities, and/or physical and congenital disabilities.

Dr. Rose does not see patients in a clinical capacity, but provides dental services through Lakewood’s hospital. Patients are seen based on a referral from dentists, medical providers and mental health providers.

Before coming to the area, he supervised residents at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Hospital Dental Program.

In addition to his dental degree, Dr. Rose has been recognized as a Fellow in the Academy of Dentistry International for his continued commitment and impact on dental and oral health worldwide. For his professional, civic and related accomplishments, he is one of 3.5% of all dentists who are honored as a Fellow in the American College of Dentistry.

While not a common area of general dentistry, Dr. Rose is passionate about what he does, and is committed to providing these services to patients.

Along with his assistant, Melissa, they are both committed to helping serve our special needs patient population. It is a patient base that is very dear to both their hearts.
