Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations Now Available at Lakewood Health System

Oct. 10, 2025: Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are now available at all Lakewood Health System clinic locations during the following hours.

• Browerville, Motley and Pillager clinics: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Eagle Bend clinic: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
• Staples clinic: 8:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Everyone six months and older is eligible for flu and COVID-19 vaccinations. FluMist and high-dose flu vaccine options are available to those who qualify. Lakewood is only offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine this year.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), annual flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are recommended for everyone six months and older, with few exceptions. Vaccination is especially important for those who are at higher risk of developing serious complications from the flu or COVID-19. People with higher risk include, but are not limited to:

• Adults 65 and older
• Pregnant people
• Young children
• Those with:
  • Cancer
  • Asthma
  • Heart disease and stroke
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • HIV/Aids

Flu and/or COVID-19 vaccinations are available by walk-in at any Lakewood clinic location during the above hours. They can also be scheduled by calling 218-894-1515.
