The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid Course will be held from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at the Main Campus in the Lower Level in Classroom B. The course includes medical, injury and environmental emergencies. You must have a current AHA CPR card to take this class. The course is video-based and includes peer and manikin practice and case discussions.
Classes must be prepaid by the Friday before the scheduled class. You are not considered registered without payment and a phone number for contact. Cost is $50.00.
Payment can be mailed to the Lakewood Health System Education Department at 49725 County 83, Staples, MN 56479, or made in person. We also accept credit/debit card payments via phone.
Class size is limited, and students signing up beyond the limit will be contacted and offered a future class.
Classes not meeting the minimum class size will be cancelled the Friday before the scheduled class, with the exception of same-day cancellation due to inclement weather.
