Please join us on Sunday, November 18 at 2 p.m. at Timbers Restaurant and Event Center as we honor loved ones in a ceremony of remembrance for our hospice and palliative care patients who have passed away.

Season of Lights is sponsored by the Lakewood Health System Foundation, as well as the Hospice and Palliative Care programs which provide resources, care and support for people with serious illnesses, their families and caregivers.

Recognize a special individual or remember a loved one by sponsoring a tree light:
$50 Donation – White light
$25 Donation – Red light
$20 Donation – Blue light
$15 Donation – Amber light
$10 Donation – Green light

All donations this year will be dedicated to our Hospice and Palliative Care programs.
