Connect with others who understand the challenges of living with a lung condition. Lakewood Health System’s Better Breathers Support Group, offered in partnership with the American Lung Association, provides a welcoming place to learn, share experiences and find support.
Led by a certified facilitator, meetings cover topics such as:

Exercise and healthy eating

Medications and treatment options

Navigating the healthcare system

Living well with respiratory disease
