As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Amanda Mithun enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and brings experience supporting both geriatric and college-age populations. She will see patients ages 16 and older and uses a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to mental health care, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and social well-being. Amanda is especially committed to serving individuals from marginalized communities, meaning she strives to create a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive environment for those who may face barriers to care or have historically felt underserved. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and supported in their mental health journey.
