Outside of work, Dr. Redemske enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She can often be found bow hunting, fishing, gardening, or taking her two children on ranger rides with her husband. Dr. Redemske also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, reading, and listening to audiobooks.
Medical Interests
Dr. Elizabeth Redemske is a chiropractor experienced in a range of techniques, including Diversified, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Thompson Drop-Table Technique, and Activator Methods®. She specializes in family and pediatric chiropractic care. In addition, she is board-certified in physiotherapy and incorporates soft tissue therapies such as heat therapy, cupping, electrical stimulation, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to support overall musculoskeletal health. Dr. Redemske is also Webster Certified, with specialized training to support prenatal care. Dr. Redemske sees patients at our Browerville and Pillager clinics.
