Family

Dr. Kaitlyn Schoeck and her husband, Charlie, have two daughters. As a family, they enjoy embracing all things “Minnesotan,” from swimming, boating, and kayaking to spending beautiful summer evenings outdoors around a backyard bonfire. Dr. Schoeck and Charlie enjoy golfing on local courses and are excited to share their love of the game with their girls. During the winter months, they enjoy nights in the gym cheering on the Brainerd boys basketball team. They also love to travel and explore new places together.

Medical Interests

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Schoeck enjoys providing comprehensive, full-spectrum care throughout every stage of life. Her practice includes caring for patients in the clinic, hospital, and labor and delivery. She has special interests in women’s health, obstetrics and newborn care, breastfeeding medicine, and preventive care.

Dr. Schoeck is also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of health care professionals, reflected in her role as core faculty for the Lakewood Rural Family Medicine Residency Program.

In her leadership role, Dr. Schoeck serves as the dyad leader for Strategy and Value-Based Care. She has a special interest in leading quality improvement initiatives that help ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
