Family
Rachel is married to her husband, Jace, and they have one son. She and her family love to be outside, whether that is hiking, hunting, or exploring new places. Rachel is an avid runner and has completed everything from 5Ks to marathons. She also enjoys crafting and growing in her faith.
Medical Interests
As a physician assistant, Rachel Paryzek chose to work within family medicine due to her love of caring for patients of all ages. She has special interests in natural family planning, and preventative medicine with exercise and nutrition. As a student, Rachel completed a family medicine clinical rotation at Lakewood’s Browerville and Eagle Bend clinics, where she worked alongside a number of Lakewood’s family medicine advanced practice providers.
