Lakewood Engage
Lakewood Engage is an initiative developed and implemented by Lakewood’s Community Health department. The intent of Engage is to partner with schools, and community and public health organizations to improve the health and well-being of the communities in which Lakewood serves. This is done through programs and initiatives which are continually being developed to help address areas of need, as indicated by the Community Health Needs Assessment.
