Support Groups & Classes
Grief Support
This weekly grief support group is open to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one or any other loss. Share your experience with others who understand, and find community in healing. Attend one or all sessions — no registration required.
As a participant in the grief support group, you will have the opportunity to share with others who have also experienced recent grief and loss. Sharing is encouraged at your own comfort level. Everyone experiences the grief journey as an individual; the journey – when shared – can be a source of inspiration and comfort to you, as well as others.
In healing, there is hope for the future. The grief support group can help you move forward towards healing. Please join us as we encourage one another through mutual support. The group meets every Tuesday from September 22 through October 27 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in Classroom A at Lakewood's Main Campus.
