Jan. 6, 2025: Twenty-twenty-five brings the celebration of birth for Sarai Juarez and Albert Becerra, Sauk Centre, who welcomed their new baby boy, Grayson Amir, into the world on January 2, 2025. Grayson was born at 8:05 a.m., weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and measuring 20 inches.
The delivering providers were Drs. Marie Nelson and Lindsay Leveille, assisted by registered nurse, Julianne Holden. To celebrate Grayson’s birth, the Lakewood Health System Foundation and Piecemakers Quilt Club of Staples presented gifts to the family in honor of the new year. The Foundation gave a gift basket of items prepared by The Shoppe (Lakewood’s gift shop) and Longbella Drug by Lakewood, and the Piecemakers Quilt Club gave a beautiful handmade baby quilt, prepared just for the first baby of 2025.
